Legal notice

Last updated: 8 August 2026 · Español

This page sets out the identifying details required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), together with the terms of use of the application.

If what you are looking for is what data is processed and for how long, that is in the privacy policy, a separate document answering to a different piece of legislation.

1. Owner

OwnerSergio Expósito
Tax ID (NIF)21792677Q
AddressC/Martí Grajales, 46011, Valencia, España
Contact emailsoporte@cortex-studio.es
Trading nameCortex Studio

You can write to that address about anything concerning the application or this website. It is also the channel for reporting inappropriate content, under section 6.

2. What Sushimori is

Sushimori is an Android application that counts sushi pieces, keeps a history of your visits and lets you share a scoreboard with other people during a meal. It is distributed through Google Play under the identifier com.cortexstudio.sushimori.

This website exists for three things: to introduce the application, to publish its legal documents, and to offer a way to delete your account for anyone who does not have the app installed.

3. Terms of use

Using the application means accepting these terms and those of Google Play, its distributor.

4. The purchase

The application offers a one-time payment that removes advertising and unlocks the full history and the statistics. It is not a subscription: it does not renew and it is never charged again.

The transaction is processed entirely by Google Play, which also handles invoices and refunds under its own terms. The owner neither receives nor stores payment data.

As this is digital content delivered immediately, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the purchase has been performed (Art. 103(m) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). This does not affect Google Play’s refund policy, which you can use through your account, nor your statutory rights if the product does not work as described.

5. Intellectual property

The application’s code, design, texts, mascot and remaining graphic elements belong to the owner, except for the third-party components the application uses under their respective licences, the full list of which can be consulted inside the app itself.

Third-party names, trade marks and logos appearing here — Google, Google Play, AdMob, Android, Supabase, HERE — belong to their respective holders and are mentioned solely to identify the services used.

6. Content written by other people

Shared rooms display the names typed by other participants. That content is the responsibility of whoever enters it, and the owner does not review it in advance.

If you come across a name that is offensive, that impersonates someone or that contains a third party’s personal data, write to soporte@cortex-studio.es with the room code and the name in question. It will be reviewed and, where warranted, that content and the access of whoever entered it will be removed.

Without waiting for that review, inside the app you can remove that person if you created the room, or leave the room in any case.

7. Liability

The owner is responsible for the application working as described, and will address faults reported to them. They are not responsible for:

None of the above limits any liability imposed by mandatory law, in particular towards consumers.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

This website uses no cookies and no other form of storage or tracking in your browser. That is why you will not see a banner asking for permission: the rules require one for anything that is not strictly necessary, and here there is nothing to ask about.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
