You can delete your Sushimori account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways, and both do exactly the same thing.

From the app

This is the quickest way, and the deletion is immediate.

Open Sushimori and go to Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll down to Policies and tap Delete account.
Confirm. This cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email us at soporte@cortex-studio.es from the same Google address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. That is what lets us verify the account is yours without asking you for anything else.

We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes from the server:

Your account and its identifier.
Your synced visit history.
Group meals saved to your account.
Your membership in any room, with your display name and your score.
Any rooms you created. If one is still open, that get-together disappears for its other participants too: a room goes with whoever created it, so that no room is left ownerless.

What does not get deleted

Anything stored on your phone stays: the local history, your preferences and your purchase. To remove that too, uninstall the app or clear its data from Android settings.

Your “Sushimori complete” purchase is not deleted either, because we do not hold it: Google Play does, tied to your Google account. That is precisely what lets you restore it if you come back.

And there is one limit worth knowing: when a get-together ends, each participant keeps their own copy of the result, including the display names of everyone present. Those copies are theirs and live on their phones and in their accounts, so the name you appeared under in a get-together may remain in the record another person kept. It is the same reason it is worth picking a room name you do not mind sharing.

Deleting your account does not cancel any subscription, because Sushimori has none: it is a one-time purchase.

Retention

If you do not delete your account but stop using the app, it is removed automatically after 24 months without signing in, along with everything it holds. Rooms with no activity go sooner, after 12 months, even if your account is still alive. See the privacy policy for details.
